On April 11, 2022, Mr. Han Bo, the standing committee member and executive deputy chief of Laishui County, Hebei Province, visited China Jing An Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Jing An"). The Chairman of China Jing An expressed a warm welcome at the headquarters in Beijing. The representative of the subject project investor, Mr. Lin Hansheng, the deputy secretary-general of China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CIAPST"), as well as the chairman of Beijing Aofeipuxin Motor Technology Limited, Mr. Duan Miheng, and the chairman of Beijing Sanhe Fanglue Industrial Group, Mr. Zhang Weihou, attended the conference.

The chairman of China Jing An firstly expressed his warm welcome to the arrival of the leaders of Laishui County. He introduced the background information and business scopes of China Jing An, and indicated that the Group has maintained a long-term and deep layout in high-tech sectors and fully leveraged existing research and development achievements to promote industrial implementation and economic development. China Jing An is looking forward to establishing in-depth cooperation with the government of Laishui County to seek common development plans. Han Bo expressed his gratitude for the sincere reception of the chairman of China Jing An. He introduced that Laishui County is located in the core area of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster, thereby offering significant location advantages, such as convenient transportation. The county has the traditional advantages of high-tech industry that many enterprises' scientific research and production bases, such as CEC and Beijing Bus, are located here. The government of Laishui County is looking forward to reaching a broad consensus and in-depth cooperation with China Jing An and related project partners on the construction and development of the ecological economic demonstration zone.

Afterwards, Chairman Zhang Weihou introduced the development strategic framework of the county ecological economy demonstration zone, and the participants engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding this strategic framework. During the discussion, the deputy secretary-general, Duan Miheng, noted that CIAPST takes "combining industrialization and science together" as its development purpose, and is willing to make reasonable use of its inherent  technology to form a linkage with the government of Laishui County and China Jing An in order to give full support in the field of science and technology innovation.

All parties had in-depth exchanges on business cooperation in the fields of hydrogen fuel cell industry, high-torque motors, integrated circuits, bionic robots, and bio-intelligent generator sets. In the future, China Jing An will follow the development trend of science and technology innovation, drive industrial development with science and technology, and provide strong support to build a new development pattern in purpose to promote high-quality economic development.
