On December 12, 2024, the Chairman of China Jing An Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") warmly welcomed H.E. Aleksandar Vulin, Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, and his delegation at the headquarters in Beijing. The two parties held in-depth and productive discussions on economic cooperation in the aviation industry. On March 20, Earth-Moon Orbit Space, a member enterprise of China Jing An, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lukou District, Zhuzhou City. ​On July 28, containers loaded with Mongolian bituminous coal, organized and transported by Sam Energy Limited (hereinafter referred to as Sam Energy), slowly entered the special railway of Datang Inner Mongolia Duolun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Datang Duolun). As the first container of bituminous coal transported by railway from Mongolia to Datang Duolun, this transaction marks that Sam Energy, in collaboration with Datang Duolun, has successfully opened a new chapter in diversified transportation.

On November 28, China Jing An Co., Ltd. (China Jing An) and China Railway Fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (China Railway Fourth Bureau) held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation framework agreement.
